Shipping & Delivery
Every order from Mithila by Reshma is checked, folded and packed by hand before dispatch. We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
- Dispatch: Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days of confirmation.
- Delivery: Most orders arrive within 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote pincodes may take a little longer.
- Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on your delivery pincode and are shown clearly at checkout before you place the order. There are no hidden charges.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on most pincodes. A small advance is collected online at checkout to confirm the order, and the remaining amount is paid to the courier when your parcel is delivered.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched you will receive the tracking details by SMS, email or WhatsApp. You can also track it any time from the Track Order page or from My Orders in your account.
Order Limits
To keep our collections available to as many customers as possible, a maximum of 2 pieces of the same saree can be ordered at a time.
